Hone Your Skills This Off-Season!

Our 6-week Offseason Development Program is designed to elevate hockey players of all levels. From July 8th to August 14th, your plan includes three weekly on-ice sessions with three off-ice training sessions, allowing players to develop their skills, strength, and hockey IQ in a focused, professional environment.

Using innovative technology, players will be able to receive instant feedback on their progress throughout the an online coaching program.

Innovate

The small group atmosphere, with no more than 12 athletes, allows players to focus on personal development for the upcoming season.

Our Proud partners at Oakville Athletic Academy (OAA) provide personalized off-ice training programs for each athlete, allowing them to be the best possible version of themselves.
